I wanted you to know how pleased I am with
the terrific job you did with my Arabian gelding,
Kazaam, in training him to load in my two-horse
trailer.
I had worked with Kazaam myself after reading
articles and watching videos on trailer loading
and had even called in two other trainers, all with
no success. My biggest concern was that he
not get hurt, but after talking to you on the phone
and meeting you in person, I realized he was safe
in your hands. Your natural horsemanship method
of encouragement and reward together with your experienced,
calm manner and precise timing worked with Kazaam.
To your credit, although you worked with him for
nearly two hours on a hot afternoon when you picked
him up, Kazaam never broke a sweat or got excited.
He never once threw his head back.
When you brought him home after a week, he
walked right into your trailer and then into my
trailer like a gentleman. I'm now looking
forward to our next horse camping trip.
